Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please allow the following processing and delivery times:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 days after dispatch
    • Cost: £12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over £50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your Little Dutch purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of delivery.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns of most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Baby Care products
  • Opened Bathtime items
  • Personalized or made-to-order products

Important: All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our Manchester-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process and indicate your desired exchange item in your return request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Little Dutch item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
