5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used Baby Care products
• Opened Bathtime items
• Personalized or made-to-order products

5.2 Return Process

3. Package item securely in original packaging with tags attached

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
